The Freeway: Lower Area (高速道路・下層部) is a stage that has existed since the original release of UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH.
Information[]
Area below the freeway features a road for the cars and a sidewalks around it. Pedestrian crossing that goes over the road can also be seen in this stage.
There are several pillars which support the freeway above. Lights are hanging from the ceiling and some smaller light have been set to the pillars.

French Bread's Yoshihara Seiichi Comments
The image of this stage was a place where a Void might pop out from any direction. In order to differentiate it from other stages, it was finished with a green tone of lighting.

いかにも虚無が出現そうな場所、というイメージです。ほかのステージとの差別化を図るため、緑を基調としたライティングで仕上げてもらいました。
